Our Founding Vision

Every meaningful journey begins with passionate individuals who believe in something greater. Our story started when Dr. Meera Vasanti recognized the profound need for accessible family meditation practices in Indian households.

Founding Director & Meditation Guide

Dr. Vasanti's path to founding Dromalux wasn't conventional. After spending fifteen years as a pediatric psychologist in Mumbai, she noticed something troubling—families were becoming increasingly disconnected from each other and from moments of genuine peace. Children showed rising anxiety levels, parents struggled with work-life balance, and traditional family bonding time seemed to vanish amid digital distractions.

Her breakthrough came during a particularly challenging case in 2022. While working with a family experiencing communication difficulties, she introduced simple breathing exercises that could be practiced together. The transformation was remarkable—not just for the child she was treating, but for the entire family dynamic.

This experience sparked her vision for Dromalux. She began developing meditation techniques specifically designed for Indian families, incorporating elements that honored cultural values while addressing modern challenges. Her approach combines traditional mindfulness practices with contemporary understanding of family psychology.
